Our new Account Management team has landed! Many of you know Rob, our Senior Account Manager here for the ZEDO Ad Server. He is joined by Beck & Buddy, Customer Advocates, and Katy, the new Systems Trainer.

We’re excited about the growth of this team. Beck and Buddy look forward to talking to each and every one of you in the coming days and weeks. Of course, Rob is still here to steer the ship and get the new team up and running.

As always, we continue to offer 24-hour Customer Support with our full staff of customer support, technical support, implementation specialists and trafficking team.

UPDATE: I wanted to mention, specifically, that our Customer and Technical Support team is still as strong and growing as ever. Many of you know and work directly with Pritika, Mihir, Sharon, Kiran, Venu, Namrata, Bhakti and Saurabh. These senior Support team members and the entire Customer Support team are an integral piece of this pie, giving support and assistance to Beck and Buddy. And always - standing by to help you with your questions, issues, and ever-growing wish list of changes!
